Change alias for /icons to symlink for /img/icons

So we don't conflict with the alias for /icons/ already set up by
mod_alias, and in use by mod_autoindex.

Seriously, who thought it would be a good idea to reserve the /icons
namespace, as if no website might already want to use that???
